At Sherri Hill, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your designer gown, which is why we offer a streamlined return process for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that due to the delicate nature of formal wear, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Gown

  Carefully place the unworn dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and hangers are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
